2. Eligibility and Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. You must be 18 or older to create an account, start a free trial, or make payments. A. Information you provide: Account Information (name, email, password), Customer Support communications, and Creator/Content Submissions for approved creators.

B. Information collected automatically: Usage Data (watch history, browsing activity, session logs), Device/Technical Data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, OS), and Analytics Data via Microsoft Clarity.

C. Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate the Service; process payments and subscriptions through Stripe; personalize and improve user experience; understand user behavior and troubleshoot issues; communicate about your account; protect against fraud and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers including Wix, Stripe, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare. We may also share where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense.

2. Eligibility and Geographic Availability

The Service is offered only in the United States. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You must be 18 or older to create an account, start a trial, or make payments.

3. Mature Content and Age Gating

Some content may include mature themes. You are responsible for ensuring content you view is appropriate. We may apply age-gating, content warnings, or access limitations to certain titles.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@wgeplus.tv promptly.

Account Suspension Scam Warning: WGEPlus.tv generally does not suspend accounts without warning. Verify any such claim by logging in directly at the official WGEPlus.tv website.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Trial

• Basic: $7.99/month (includes 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers)
• Standard: $12.99/month
• Premium: $19.99/month

Payments are processed through Stripe. A failed payment may result in a 7-day grace period; if unresolved, access may be restricted.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation typically becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

WGEPlus.tv generally does not offer refunds for unused subscription time. We may consider refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges promptly reported, or technical issues attributable to the Service that materially prevent access. Contact support@wgeplus.tv with details.

8. Device Limit and Household Sharing Policy

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use within a single household. Device limit: up to 2 devices at a time per account. Account credential sharing outside your household is prohibited.

9. License and Acceptable Use

WGE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, download, redistribute, record, share credentials, use commercially, reverse engineer, or interfere with security features.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by WGE or licensed from third parties and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Creator Uploads and Submissions

Content submissions are limited to approved creators and partners and may be governed by separate agreements.

12. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including piracy, unauthorized credential sharing, or fraud. Serious violations may result in immediate action without warning.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

14. Limitation of Liability

WGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the three months prior to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

15. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@wgeplus.tv with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By purchasing or maintaining a subscription to WGEPlus.tv, you agree to the terms outlined in this Subscriber Agreement.

Welcome to WGEPlus.tv

WGEPlus.tv was created to connect with our community — not to operate like a distant corporation. As a Deaf-led platform, we are committed to delivering powerful storytelling, live sports broadcasts, cultural programming, and original content with excellence and integrity.

Programming may include: National Deaf Cheer Competition (NDCC), Willigan Tournaments, Clerc Classic, other Deaf athletic broadcasts, feature films and short films, original series and documentaries, and special live events.

1. Subscription-Based Service

WGEPlus.tv operates as a recurring subscription streaming service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all subscription plans automatically renew on a recurring basis. Subscriptions continue until canceled by the subscriber.

2. Recurring Billing Authorization

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription automatically renews, your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle, and charges will continue until you cancel. WGEPlus.tv is not a one-time purchase platform unless explicitly stated for a specific event or offering.

3. Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. If payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, or provider errors), access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. WGEPlus.tv is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Subscription Plans & Device Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific device access limits. Exceeding device limits may result in forced logout, temporary restriction, or account suspension for repeated abuse. Subscriptions are for personal or household use only.

5. Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account dashboard. Future billing stops immediately upon cancellation. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of your current paid term.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, WGEPlus.tv may issue courtesy refunds in limited cases including: verified accidental renewals, billing errors directly attributable to WGEPlus.tv, and exceptional circumstances reviewed by support. Refund determinations are at WGEPlus.tv's sole discretion. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

7. Price Changes

WGEPlus.tv reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any pricing changes apply only to future billing cycles. Subscribers will be notified in advance of material pricing updates.

8. Content Availability

Subscriptions grant access to the platform — not ownership of content. Content availability may change due to licensing agreements, production schedules, live event delays, or platform updates.

9. Live Event Disclaimer

Live broadcasts may experience schedule changes, delays, or technical interruptions. While WGEPlus.tv strives for professional broadcast quality, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

10. Account Termination

WGEPlus.tv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: fraudulent activity, excessive chargebacks, device limit abuse, or violations of platform policies.

11. Policy Updates

This Agreement may be revised periodically. Continued use of WGEPlus.tv constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
